Mission statement

Catalyst Consulting Group is committed to providing our manufacturer clients with the tools that support a Government and Public Sector sales strategy through training, dealer networking and expanded channels of distribution.

  • Review and assess client company’s position in government and commercial markets.

  • Review and analyze current contracts, channels of distribution and review existing marketing programs.

  • Develop a targeted program and marketing strategy for growth by market segment.

  • Design & manage a training program for sales & marketing team with focus on Federal State, Local, Education and Cooperative purchasing.

  • Develop new business programs that facilitates growth in market share through new sales.

  • Work with sales management team and reps to develop relationships through dealer sales.

  • Implement new business development programs and provide ongoing assistance to grow sales by working with reps and dealers.

  • Provide and maintain a conduit for access to Catalyst Consulting to strategize, share ideas and move initiatives forward.

  • Assist in developing a specific Marketing plan that includes recommended updates to printed and online literature, email campaigns and trade show strategies.

  • Discuss and develop plan to target non-dealer channels of distribution that sell into government and the Public Sector.
